ABOUT PHILLIPS SHIRTS
The Phillips Shirt you wear today is 60 years in the making and has proudly been made in Melbourne since 1952.
It’s the result of exceptional tailoring learned in post-war Paris, an appreciation for fine European fabrics and the skills of time-served craftsmen who cut and sew a shirt that Phillips is proud to put its name to.
At Phillips, fabric is drawn and cut the same way they always have been; by hand. Skilled fingers continue to hand sew parts of each shirt, making for an altogether better shirt.
The collars on each shirt are hydraulically fused with a superior interfacing giving it a high quality finish that looks fresh and crisp every time its worn.
The pristine fabrics used to make Phillips’ dinner shirts are sourced from Germany, Switzerland and Turkey while art prints from Liberty London selected to create an exciting range of modern shirts.
